This Privacy Policy explains how Noise Sweeper ("the App"), developed by Spera Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

On-Device Processing

Noise Sweeper is designed with your privacy in mind. All audio and video processing — including AI-powered noise reduction — happens entirely on your device. Neural network models run locally using on-device inference; your media files are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers for processing. Temporary files created during processing are automatically deleted after the operation completes.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to operate and improve the App:

  • Device information: Non-identifying data such as device model, iOS version, and app version for compatibility and debugging purposes.
  • Usage analytics: Anonymous data about how you use the App (e.g., features used, session duration) to help us improve the user experience. This includes anonymous detection of screen recording on certain screens.
  • Crash reports: Technical information about app crashes to help us identify and fix bugs.
  • Feedback data: When you submit feedback through the App, we collect your message along with device metadata (device model, app version, OS version, locale, and subscription status) to help us respond and improve.
  • Push notification tokens: If you opt in to push notifications, we receive a device token through Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications to your device.
  • Support communications: If you contact us for support, we may process your email address and message content.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — Collects anonymous usage statistics to help us understand how the App is used. Firebase Privacy Policy

In-App Purchases

Noise Sweeper offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status and entitlements.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Operate and maintain the App
  • Improve features and user experience
  • Identify and fix bugs and crashes
  • Provide customer support
  • Manage subscriptions and purchases
  • Send push notifications (only with your permission)

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Analytics and crash data are automatically deleted or anonymized according to our third-party providers' retention policies. Support communications are retained for a reasonable period to provide ongoing assistance.

Children's Privacy

Noise Sweeper is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
