Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Noise Sweeper ("the App"), developed by Spera Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Effective date: March 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Noise Sweeper, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Noise Sweeper is a mobile application that uses AI-powered neural network models to remove background noise from audio and video files. All processing — including AI inference — is performed locally on your device. The App does not upload your media files to any external servers.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Noise Sweeper offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions ("Noise Sweeper Pro").

  • Billing: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not have direct access to process refunds.
  • Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the audio and video files you process using the App. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use, modify, and process any media files you import into the App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App to process content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your media files), is owned by Spera Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE QUALITY OF NOISE REDUCTION OR THE SUITABILITY OF THE APP FOR YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPERA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spera Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
