This Privacy Policy explains how Bleach Bypass ("the App"), developed by Spera Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

On-Device Processing

Bleach Bypass is designed with your privacy in mind. All photo processing — including every filter, effect, and export — happens entirely on your device. Filters are rendered locally on your device's GPU; your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers for processing.

Photo Library Access

The App accesses your photos only through the system photo picker, which means we can only see the specific photos you choose to edit — never your full photo library. When you save an edited photo, the App requests add-only permission, which allows it to save new photos to your library without reading its contents.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to operate and improve the App:

  • Device information: Non-identifying data such as device model, iOS version, and app version for compatibility and debugging purposes.
  • Usage analytics: Anonymous data about how you use the App (e.g., features used, filters applied, session duration) to help us improve the user experience.
  • Crash reports: Technical information about app crashes to help us identify and fix bugs.
  • Support communications: If you contact us for support, we may process your email address and message content.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

In-App Purchases

Bleach Bypass offers optional premium features through in-app purchases ("Bleach Bypass Pro"). All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status and entitlements.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Operate and maintain the App
  • Improve features and user experience
  • Identify and fix bugs and crashes
  • Provide customer support
  • Manage subscriptions and purchases

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Analytics and crash data are automatically deleted or anonymized according to our third-party providers' retention policies. Support communications are retained for a reasonable period to provide ongoing assistance.

Children's Privacy

Bleach Bypass is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
