Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Subbi ("the App"), developed by Spera Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Effective date: June 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Subbi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Subbi is a mobile application that helps you track and manage your recurring subscriptions and bills. It lets you record subscriptions, view upcoming renewals, see spending summaries, and schedule local reminders. All of your data is stored locally on your device; Subbi does not operate an account system or upload your data to external servers.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subbi may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases ("Subbi Pro").

  • Billing: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We do not have direct access to process refunds.
  • Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the App, including your subscription records, notes, and profile picture. We do not claim any ownership over your content and we do not have access to it, as it remains on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your own backups.

6. Not Financial Advice

Subbi is a personal organization and tracking tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice, and it does not initiate, manage, or cancel any of your real-world subscriptions or payments on your behalf. Renewal reminders and spending summaries are provided for your convenience only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying billing dates and amounts directly with your service providers.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
  • Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Spera Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT REMINDERS WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME OR THAT SPENDING CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPERA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY MISSED SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS OR CHARGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spera Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
